1. Training services within mining and engineering in line with the MQA and Mines Health and Safety Act (MHSA).
2. Induction of employees, which cover the Mine policies, Mine standards, Codes of practice and Refresher training.
3. Licensing and re-licensing of operator/occupational certificates in line with the provisions of the MHSA.
4. Provision of training and assessment on relevant required skill programmes in all applicable disciplines.
5. Training on mine codes of practice, standard operating procedures and Mine standards that will be provided by the mine.
6. Training and facilitating of First Aid/SHE as per required standard.
7. Further facilitation of applicable databases on training rendered, assessed and moderated.
8. Provision of a learning-delivery systems and learner assessments system/s and the management of appeal process on assessments.
9. Provision of monthly training progress reports when required on behalf of the mine.
