Hi Goodday The reason for my email is...... Johan van der spuy is busy doing an appeal for my brother I spoke with Johan and he said I need to phone him the next day.....I am phoning him each and every morning 8 o'clock days what the Receptionists told me,every time shes just transferring my call and I'm phoning for the past 3weeks.... I ask the Receptionists Susan how could I go above just to see Johan van der spuy,she told me I need to be at the office pe branch at 7.30 days the time johan is coming in......I waited for Johan Johan just arrived 5 minutes before I came and then the Receptionists told me again I can't see johan because johan didnt made an appointment with me How does a person go above..... Urgently Poor services
