I specialise in weight loss/maintenance, body toning, flexibility, core strengthening, mobility, functional exercises, strength and cardio training.

I'm experienced with:

I have 16 years experience as a personal/group trainer at Virgin Active/home based with Exercise Teachers Academy and International College of Kinesis qualifications.
