I am a clinical psychologist in private practice in Potchefstroom. I work with adolescents, young adults, adults and couples with a variety of difficulties and life challenges. I consult in English and Afrikaans. My intention is to provide a safe and confidential space in which you can bring awareness and change to the challenges in your life.

There are many reasons to reach out to a psychologist – some individuals come to therapy to resolve very specific problems, others seek therapy for less clear-cut reasons. I believe that an individual can learn to better understand themselves and their circumstances and make significant changes in their lives through the collaborative processes that takes place in psychotherapy.

I have preference working from a Cognitive Behavioural paradigm, but also integrate a wide variety of therapeutic techniques as I acknowledge that each individual is unique.
