Sachar Mobile sells and supports the full range of products and services offered by Vodacom via the various Vodacom channels. Multiple channels allow us to provide customers with the widest variety of attractive and competitive deals. Pre-sales service is offered in any of our stores and at our corporate office. Sachar Mobile group currently consists of 9 Vodacom retail stores, 3 Vodacom repair centres and a corporate office. Our group employs 150 staff who are available 7 days a week in our various outlets.

Providing after sales service is a key offering to our customers. We not only supply the complete range of cellular products but ensure the highest level of after sales service. Our Vodacom Repair outlets are authorised level 1 and 2 warranty repair centres for all cellular handsets supplied by Vodacom. We also provide customers with non-warranty or physical damage repairs. Each Vodacom Repair has the ability to repair in excess of 2000 phones per month and caters for both walk in customers as well as corporate customers. A collect and deliver service is available to ensure that our corporate customers are attended to as quickly as possible. Sachar Mobile has the facility to offer loan handsets to customers while their phones are in for repair ensuring that they always remain connected.
