Good DayI was in search of a new bed and was referred to the Bed Shop, I visited the branch in arcadia Pretoria. A very professional young gentleman assisted me, his name was Tandai Mapanga. Very patiently explained the options of beds in my price range. I chose a bed following his helpful advise, he assisted to arrange delivery at my home very quickly and I received my bed the same day. I have been to that branch before but other sales people were not as efficient and patient as Tandai was. I am so glad there are still people out there who know about customer service.
