Gener-8 was most professional and efficient from the word GO, we received prompt reply following an on-line quote request. The team came out to carry out a site inspection, and provided us with two options for a hybrid solution (solar panels and inverter combination). Our requirements was for a quick switch over when grid-power would go down, and (mission accomplished) we cannot even tell when there is a switch over between the grid and our system! Our roof slopes toward wrong direction, calling for an innovative support steel frame to be erected on top of the existing roof, thus orientating the panels in a Northern direction for optimum power generation from our solar panels. The Gener-8 team work was done well-ordered, tidy and the installation done in our garage for the batteries, inverter and panels on our roof is professional! Gener-8 installed a heat pump for hour hot water requirements. Their service was punctual, and really good. Their expertise in their field is also really good. The Quality of their work was really good. All in all I am very happy wit the service received from them.
