Hendrik made an appointment to come out to my property on Tuesday, 18/01/2021 to provide me with a quotation. The appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, 19/01/2022, 09h00. Today being Wednesday, the 19th he did not show up. I sent him a message at 09h20 and asked what time he would be arriving. He advised that he was stuck on the R21 due to the rain. This is highly unprofessional as he should have advised me that he was running late. I sent him another message at 12h56 when the rain had long since stopped and asked if he was still coming. I have still not received a response even though he received and read the message at 13h48. Unprofessional and highly unreliable. I would not recommend him at all. If he cannot show up for an appointment how can you begin to trust that he will show up to begin and complete a building project. If I could give him a 0 star rating I would but unfortunately the ratings start at 1.
