We can build - we are use to managing building sites and contractors! We can easily advise you on how to initiate, continue or complete your building project!

INCEPTION
We provide a stand-alone service for the first stage of the standard architectural service: Inception. We then put a document in the client's hands that details the specific ervice they require to enable them to select the perfect architect for the job. We provide professional advise on how your specific building project would work for between R1500 and R3000 - depending on the scale of the project.

INSPECTIONS
Furthermore we can do inspections to ensure building projects, that are already underway, is up to the standards. We do this for a fixed fee of R450 per hour.

COMMENTS ON DRAWINGS
We comment on other professionals' drawings - advising the client about the quality of the design - this service is provided for R1200 per hour.
