We had to initiate a Section 189 so I checked online to find a HR consultant who could assist. Made contact with Sipho from Siyahlula Consulting, and to say he understood exactly what I was looking for is an understatement. He facilitated the whole entire process from start to finish including meeting with employees as a team and individually, the systems he uses I have not come across before, but they made his work even more efficient and appealing. To a point that as soon as we are done with this process, we are planning to keep him as our go to HR specialist. I have also learnt quite a lot from our interaction in the past few months and if you are looking HR solutions for your business I suggest Siyahlula, trust me you will not regret it. Oh, did I mention how affordable his rates are and how he tailor makes the payment process to fit each individual business specifically, believe me, they are that good.
