I'm not a patient of dr Swart but was extremely impressed with him. My 2yo son's tonsils was removed and after some issues and not being able to get hold of the ENT who's done the procesure (at a different hospital) I phoned Dr Swart's surgury (after googling for any ENT in Pretoria) to ask for advice. He phoned me back within an hour and was so helpful and really kind. He spend time asking about my son's medical history, the medication he's taking and symptoms experiencing and giving me great advice. He didn't need to do that as I'm not a patient of his, he has never seen me or my son before and he was still willing to help and call me back taking time to explain and advice. In my eyes, that makes him an amazing docter!!
