About Us

Who We Are
Adcare Group provides frail care services to Alzheimer and dementia patients, general frail care and care to people diagnosed with MS. We also care for post-operative orthopaedic patients.

Our centers are located in Equestria, Centurion and Hennopsriver Pretoria.

These facilities are for day care, short term overnight and long term permanent abode with full frail care.

Medifrail has 3 facilities in Pretoria. Equestria, Lyttleton manor Centurion and Hartbeespoort. We have trained nurses on site 24/7.

Medifrail offers home-based, day, short stay as well as permanent residence to patients that are frail or suffer from illness like Alzheimer or dementia. We offer assisted living.

We have many happy residents and can offer telephone numbers of family members who's loved ones have been in our care for many years.

We strive to care for our patients to the best of our ability. We create a WhatsApp group for each patient where their family and friends can interact with staff and get daily updates regarding their loved one.
