Berta messed up my hair as well and she knows nothing about the products. She willfully did not thin my hair out properly as well as cut a huge gap into the back of my hair when we disagreed about a topic we were discussing. How do you do that to a client and expect them to come back again and again????

I called to make an appointment ( Spoke to "Berta".I explained I had a botox on my hair, and need to have my hair washed with sulphate free shampoo. On arrival I requested same, and asked if they use Moroccan products, as I prefer that. The stylist pretended to use Moroccan on my hair, and I asked her about it, and she explained its the first wash. Thereafter she explained to me that she first apply Moroccan oil on my hair, as it absorbs the shampoo and conditioner better. She did not even apply Moroccan conditioner to my hair, nor washed my hair with Moroccan oil, as I saw her just applying Moroccan oil to my hair instead of conditioner. She really thinks I am stupid,To blatantly lie to me about the product is disgusting. Please do not lie to your customers, as you rely on the very same to support your business. They expensive for such poor services. I would not recommend this hairdresser. It cost me a lot to not be upset, and keep my pose.
