Yvonne always listens, are sometime strict when you need it and encourage you to get back to the plan when you "fall of the wagon". With her help I've lost 20 kg already and not on a fly by night plan. Awesome dietitian and I can recommend her to anyone.

It is all about Personalized Nutrition, because each person is a unique individual, there is not one universal nutrition plan that works for everyone. Age, height, weight and gender are just a few factors taken into account when determining your nutrient needs. Other personal aspects such as physical activity, special needs, family medical history and current health conditions require further specialization. All of these factors will be taken into consideration when creating a personalized plan that aligns with your specific health needs and goals. The aim would be to help you find a solution to problems that might have been a road block to your health. Besides giving nutrition information and advice, I provide motivation, support and accountability to our clients. Often healthy eating requires changes in behavioral patterns; it's helpful to have a trusted and resourceful health professional to converse with on your journey in achieving your health and fitness goals.

I am a degree qualified healthcare professional registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). I completed my degree BSc (hons) Nutrition & Dietetics at Potchefstroom university in 1999. I have been in Private practice in Pretoria since 2012 focusing on helping patients not only loose weight but GAIN LIFE!
