Today, the practice is led by Tienie de Ridder, who succeeded his father in 1991 and has continued to build upon this proud legacy. Under his leadership, the firm has remained responsive to changing technologies, evolving design philosophies, and international best practices, while maintaining the personal attention and professional integrity on which the practice was founded.
