Very disappointed!! Bought a "deal" on Daddy's Deal for a standard room - and was offered a room upgrade for R150 extra, which was welcome. However, the Victorian bath in the honeymoon suite had only enough warm water for about a 1/4 or less and we had to boil 3 kettles. It was a weeknight stay and they could not serve me with breakfast before 8 AM the next day.They offered a take-away package and told me it would be delivered TO MY ROOM at 06:30. At 07:15 it was still not there and I had to leave for a full day's work on an empty stomach. Later, when my husband exited the room, he saw a package sitting on the bonnet of his car. He asked about this during his breakfast and was told it WAS on time.We surely would have seen it if it was there as my car was parked right next to his and he accompanied me when I left. This delivery method was NOT what we discussed!I wanted a refund for the breakfast and now, 2 weeks later, still no payment.
