I highly recommend Gail who is an excellent practitioner with solid experience and sound knowledge. She has helped me with personalised advice, exercises and programmes both before and after my spinal cervical surgery and also helped me work on my knee problems. Gail is extremely competent and also truly committed and attentive to her patients, she constantly monitors and adapts the programmes and makes sure that there is progress. Her approach is holistic and integrative and I have not only enjoyed being her patient but also learned a lot form her. She was always very kind and open to also provide me with online sessions. I could not be happier with her support and the redults!
