I wanted to express my appreciation for Cathleen Cleaning Services who did a deep clean of my home in Pretoria. The service was outstanding, reliable, dependable, and extremely professional. The experience with your company was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The call resulted in Cathleen making a house visit to assess what's needed, She was very knowledgeable, very direct and had great communication skills to explain what, how and why certain services were needed. I agreed to the services. They arrived at my home on time, and immediately began to do the deep clean. They worked diligently and continually asked questions to clarify what I wanted. They then followed up to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The quality control was done by Cathleen. Because of all these factors, I am extending my contract to a regular monthly cleaning and have recommended the services to several people.
