• The price quoted does include ALL related Labour costs, Accommodation & Transport related to the application of all our Primary, Secondary and Final Coatings.
• As an approved applicator of PollyZilla’s Pro HCP (Hybrid Co- Polymer) Waterproofing Series, you will receive a 5 Year Product Warranty Certificate upon the completion of application on your building.
• The price quoted is based on the Square Meterage as declared in the Bill of Quantities, however our Quoted Price is fully subject to re- Measurement upon the completion of application.
• Thus, subject to the on-site re- measurement, verification and certification of the actual Total Square Meterage applicated our product upon, EDMS Consulting (Pty) Ltd. reserves the right to issue a “Variation Order” for additional compensation, if it is factually established that the declared (BOQ)Total Square Meterage varies from the actual (On-Site) Total Square Meterage.
• EDMS Consulting (Pty) Ltd.’s Payment Terms are strictly 30 Calendar days after issue of Official Invoice and may comprise of Proportional Progressive Payments, subject to Scheduled Completion.
