• Processing of Sales Invoices.
• Customers and Suppliers.
• VAT calculation, e-filing of returns and payment with Sars.
• Monthly salaries and wages on Pay Day. E-filing and payment of the PAYE/UIF/SDL returns. Sending of payslips.
• IRP5–Recons (August & February).
Tariffs that fit your pocket:
Clients differ from each other, therefore everyone does not require the same level of service. Due to different needs, some require a weekly service while others need a monthly visit.
Some businesses prefer the processing to be done on site, while others allow me to process their data at my home office before returning it to them.
The various services are done at an hourly tariff. (R 200.00 per hour – 2019). I find it the fairest solution as the client then only pays for the amount of time I spend on their books and not a fixed rate.
At the end of the financial year, I give the Trail Balance and General Ledger to Juan-Pierre Rossouw (SAIPA Accountant) who is responsible for the Financial Statements and Taxes. If the client already has an accountant, I’ll send him/her the relevant information.
