FLOOR COVERINGS (Back of house)

- Juton polyurethane sealers is a penetrating sealer, with excellent penetrating properties, you can use this solvent based product as a sealer on concrete surfaces, either when the surface is fully cured, or to seal or reinforce chalky surfaces and improve adhesion to consecutive paint coats.
3. Self leveling Screeds
- is a high strength, quick setting cement based compound designed for leveling imperfect floors. When properly applied, it will produce a
smooth hard under layment suitable for laying tiles, carpets and wooden flooring.
4. Concrete floor Repairs
- Surface cracking, Surface delamination, Uneven surfaces, Joints that have become damaged, Structural cracking,
Drying shrinkage cracking, Dusting of the surface, Pealing/blistering of coatings
5. Hardstand
- Standard concrete and pump Ready mixes include all concrete for normal applications in strengths from 10MPa to 50MPa and stone sizes from 6.7mm to 37.5mm with a guaranteed strength at 28 days.
DECORATIVE OVERLAYS
- Coloured Screeds, Flowable Screeds, Colour Hardener, dry shake in wet concrete to create coloured floor. Can be used for interior and
exterior. Hard wearing with cement-based durability, Natural, earthy finish, easy to maintain, can be imprinted with texture.
POLISHED CONCRETE
Option 1: Grind old concrete floors and seal to create new look.
Option 2: Cast Artevia concrete (specialized mix for polished concrete). Cure for 28 days. Diamond grind with diamond blocks,
grinding with different grids (30 to 150grid) from stage 1 up to stage 6. Polishing from stage1 up to stage 7 using flexi pads with
different grids (Grid 50#, Grid 100#. Grid 200#, Grid 400#, Grid 800#, Grid 1500#, Grid 3000#). Seal floor two coats.
CORE DRILLING
Core drilling for Plumbing, Drain systems and Electrical cables in floors.
FLOOR PREPARATION
1. Surveys on floors with Laser technology
2. Prep floors when handing over as white box:
- Break or strip existing floor coverings (ceramic tiles, vinyl, epoxy's, carpeting).
- Remove tile glue, carpet glue and epoxy primer.
- Fill holes in floor and cover floor with super screed(self leveling screed).
- If screed under floor covering is to weak for re-tiling we can strip the screed and re-place it with a new screed.
3. Re-pair damaged/cracked concrete to get fit for re-tiling
