Not too happy, he charged me R500 for taking a look at something. He did not call me without giving me prior notice of how much it would be before he started working on it. A fault-finding fee as he calls it.

Good Day. As an independent service provider we have our own charge sheet that is according to standard. We can’t give notice on how much you will be charged prior because we need to first find the Fault. Also to say ‘R500 for taking a look at something’ is speaking Falsely against our company as Proper ‘FAULT FINDING’ procedures were done and a solution was provided. You had no problem with the R500 and said you will be sending it via EFT. If there was a problem Sir, it could’ve been discussed then and there. We value our work and our customers are our Priority.
