MGT Accounting and Consulting Pty Ltd was founded by Mashudu G Tshakhuma in 2015. Mashudu G Tshakhuma is a qualified chartered accountant who served articles at KPMG in the financial services industry, she then moved to consulting after qualifying where she consulted with the department of public works and then joined the private sector where she gained extensive experience in Financial Statements & Tax Administration.

MGT Accounting and Consulting identified a gap where small to medium entities are reactive to compliance instead of being proactive, this is largely due to a lack of understanding of their compliance responsibility or benefits to efficient and effective financial management.

MGT was founded to bridge the gap and partner with small and medium entities.
MGT focuses on finances of the business from bookkeeping, accounting, taxation & internal controls to ensure they comply, understand their business financially while allowing the owners/management to focus on other management areas like growing the business, marketing etc.
