Flat roof by entrance:
1. Prime the slab using bituminous primer.
2. Supply and fuse on 4mm thick thermoflex bitumen waterproofing (extend the waterproofing up the side walls).
3. Final coat the bitumen waterproofing using UV resistant protective silver coat sealer.
Tiled balcony – Large:
1. Chop out the existing floor tiles.
2. Apply screed to slope surface towards outlets.
3. Clean and prepare the concrete slab for waterproofing.
4. Coat the slab with a bonding agent.
5. Waterproof the areas with CEMEX and membrane.
6. PLEASE NOTE: our price does not include the tiles or re-tiling
Parapet walls:
1. Clean and prepare all the parapet walls for waterproofing. Coat the entire parapet with Mighty bond, fill all cracks using Mighty crack filler, coat the entire parapet using 2 coats of Mighty fibre. Paint the waterproofing to match the wall colour as close as possible.
Tiled balcony – Small:
1. Chop out the existing floor tiles.
2. Apply screed to slope surface towards outlets.
3. Clean and prepare the concrete slab for waterproofing.
4. Coat the slab with a bonding agent.
5. Waterproof the areas with CEMEX and membrane.
