Excellent service it's after 3 years now , my Audi A4 still running smoothly. It was not selecting gears in the middle of the road. We Google and found blazing tech online,then we call Steven he arranged the towing truck to pickup the car. The communication was so nice until the car back on the road with one years guaranteed. Blazing blade it's the home for my A4 b7... Thank you Steve and your team you're great

I had the most terrible experience at Ford; who wanted to charge me between 40k-50k just to fix my clutch. A clutch that broke at 30 000km!! Useless people.
But Steven and Blazing Tech came to my rescue. They were super quick, efficient and MUCH more affordable than any dealership or any other car mechanic/technician. (Others were quoting me close to Ford's prices). Ford held my car for 2 days and didnt do anything on vehicle and wanted to charge 6k to look at it.
Blazing Tech had fixed the vehicle in less than 2 days. Just goes to show.
My car is driving beautifully now and I am so grateful.
Should you need assistance with your car: Blazing Tech is the place. We will be bringing all our cars there for services/maintenance in future.

Blazing Tech did a great job on my car, the service was excellent. I give Steven and his team 10/10. To cut a long story short, Blazing Tech is now my number 1 car service provider, they are real car specialists.

I am currently experiencing the worst service ever from blazing tech. My car is currently with them for two weeks for the same problem it went in for the first time for which I paid R15K. In less than two months the car had exactly the same problem they claim to have fixed the first time and it is with them now for two weeks and still not sorted out. I even begged them to expedite the repair because I needed a car for business to feed my family and for my wife's birthday (so that I can run my errands) but to no avail. The last comment I had from Steven was "it is not his fault but he is trying everything to help me without paying again" (absurdity). How would I pay for the same thing twice? I am so disappointed in them and will never recommend him to no one now and in the future. Their slogan " big enough to be professional, small enough to care " is a fallacy. I am contemplating on taking this matter further on legal grounds. Bad service at its worst!

Hi sir. Firstly, we want to apologize if we caused you any inconvenience. Secondly, if you go back and look at your original quote and invoice that you accepted, it clearly stated that there is No Warranty on electrical items repaired meaning that the electroplate that was repaired and not replaced as per your accepted quote could not be warrantied as no electrical items can be guaranteed at any time as no person will ever be able to forecast how long it will last. Even though we could not give you a warranty we still took it upon ourselves to try and sort it out under our own costs which was explained to you on WhatsApp as well and yes it did take longer than expected and that is due to part availability that was out of our control which was also explained to you on WhatsApp. We do our best to keep our clients happy and at times take on things again at our own cost to assist our clients best way possible which we feel we have done for you. Please note there is no more warranty whatsoever from our side.
