The key elements to our competitive advantage are: We make use of an industrial vacuum cleaners, limiting contamination to surrounding areas ( no need for machine covers as we do not create a dust cloud) This equipment enables our operators to work from the ground level, reaching heights of up to 20 meters removing the need for expensive access equipment and dramatically reducing health and safety risks. The use of carbon fiber poles allow for greater maneuverability therefore reducing any impact on the working environment and with no loss suction power ,no requirement for secondary cleaning e.g using water There is no need to stop production due to our high reach equipment and limited working space required We make use of a wireless camera for heights above 10m to accurately remove dust, this can be copied and added to your quality control file to comply to HACCP regulations for audit purposes We make use of a portable back pac system for cleaning up to 8 meters allowing us greater maneuverability Both machines are equipped with High Efficiency Particulate Arrest filters (HEPA) to ensure that contaminants are not recycled in to atmosphere maintaining a healthy and clean environment.
