Our company started as Nico’s Construction which was founded in 2009, becoming part of a second generation of developers/builders to my father’s company H Ramsaroop Properties CC who has been in the industry for over 30 years, He is NHBRC registered hence being able to work in construction legally and apply to the standards. This granting the opportunity to gain extensive experience and knowledge in the industry, from completing brand new cottages, developments ,renovations of kitchens and bathrooms, building extensions and also general maintenance and repairs.
In 2009, I completed my plumbing course however there was a greater demand within the private sector for building. Registering with the PIRB in 2020 to extend business growth and meet the demands of a changing economy.
In 2018, Siyakhandisa Projects PTY Ltd was registered and then traded as Nico’s Construction.
Now that we are registered with the PIRB we are extending our company name to Nico’s Construction & Plumbing Services.
We have also registered with the Master Builders Association – we are pending our registration number.
