Webcall is a business that is dedicated to the needs of our customers. The business was started over 10 years ago
and is privately owned by the management team. Our services are tried and tested and have been optimised over
this time to the point where we are confident that our reliability and quality will not be bettered.
Our servers are located in world class, professionally managed data centres in Johannesburg and Cape Town with
redundancy at both sites. We have interconnects with all the major Telco’s of South Africa, and partner with a
major UK based VoIP provider to provide high quality links to international numbers for both incoming calls from
international diallers and for outgoing international calling.
Our billing system is developed and updated by PortaOne, who provide the billing platform to many carrier grade
ISP and VoIP providers around the world. This system is fully IP based.
