This company offers poor service, I requested their service on the 23rd August 2019, they only came onsite on the 4th October, the owner Reuben took my hob and assured me he would return it with the igniters working, it was returned on the 6th and on the 7th I called him to inform him the problem had not yet been fixed, and that I would pay him R1000 of the R1600 he had quoted me until he fully repairs it as he had committed. He only came to collect it on the 4th November almost a full month after and collected the hob, on the 25th November after numerous follow ups he claimed the issue was resolved and would return my hob after I pay him an additional R4700. Please be warned this is not a supplier you want to work with
