DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We arranged for FaithInAction Logistics to move us from KZN to EC in May, paid the deposit, confirmed the date on multiple occasions and they did not show up! We had to arrange for another company to move us. Vic promised to pay our deposit of R11350 back and he has not. He makes empty promises and doesn't get back to you. They are unreliable and untrustworthy.

Thank you for a great moving service. We had a lot of glasses furniture and highly fragile, despite moving from 3rd floor but the move was so perfect no breakages. Hey, I recommend Faithinaction Logistics if you want to move fragile items with zero breakages. They had plenty blankets and bubble wrap for the furniture.

Thank you Faithinaction Logistics for a wonderful service you did when moving my parents. we receive our furniture in a very good condition. It was dent and scratch free as most of the furniture is old and antique.

We couldn't travel to Plettenburg Bay to oversee the moving of our goods as they were in a storage and we are here in |Pretoria. Goods arrived in an excellent state. Thank you very much Vic. In August 2018 I hired HashtagV Movers to move my furniture to East London from Kyalami. The service was good until date of collection. Once they had started loading my items, they demanded more money. Which I paid as I was in a predicament as I needed to move that day. On delivery, I was threatened by the 3 men moving the items to pay the balance before they would unload. When I saw that almost everything they had moved was damaged and some items were missing, I understood why they forced me to pay before they unloaded. After much back and forth and multiple commitments from Victor to reimburse me for the cost of repair and replacement of the damage and stolen items, he told me the insurance I took didn't cover damage or loss - even though I had asked for comprehensive insurance and paid R1 000 for insurance on a load with a worth of about R25 000. He then started dodging my calls and ignoring my e-mails. I want to warn all everyone against using this company.
