After two sessions with Winnie, my mental health has taken a huge turn. In both my sessions we were dealing with my anxiety, where after my first session the intrusive thoughts had decreased in intensity. I had gained mental peace which shocked me so much, because i hadn't remembered what that felt like before the therapy. I'm now able to control my anxiety, and haven't had anxiety attacks related to the triggers we had worked on in both sessions. I'm currently in the best space that i've been in mentally in a long time, and a huge contributor of that was the therapy sessions with Winnie.

Three months ago, I did my first hypnotherapy session with Winnie Zwane. The highlight about that session was connecting with my mom, who passed on this January. The little girl in me finding closure with a lot of issues that left irreparable scars in me. I never thought in a million years, I could connect with her, the way that I did. It was an amazing experience that has changed my life forever. I felt the love I longed for, my entire life. I'm at peace, my heart is smiling. Following three sessions with Winnie for anxiety attacks, I experienced mental peace and the intensity of intrusive thoughts subsided after the first session, and I no longer had anxiety attacks. I also felt rested. After my third session, my anxiety was nonexistent. I was able to go on a social without overanalyzing whether I said the right things or what people thought about me.
