The Flower Foundation has over 50 years experience in the retirement and care industry and offers various care and accommodation options for persons over 55.
Elm Park Village consists of Cape Dutch style cottages nestling comfortably among spacious lawns and colourful gardens. They are set against the magnificent backdrop of Northcliff, close to Cresta shopping centre and various local shops, restaurants and churches.
You may not need to go out of the complex though as it has all you will need from beautiful gardens to enjoy tea with friends in or playing bridge in the spacious lounge.
Depending on the needs of the resident, the Foundation offers accommodation in cosy one bedroom flats, one and two bedroom garden cottages.
Residents have access to communal facilities like library, hairdresser, wellness clinic, activities and dining room facilities.
When care is required, we have a care centre available on-site to all our residents.
Our care facilities are also open to ‘non-residents’.
