Very unhappy. I requested that a dish be moved from one house on my property and reinstalled on another house on the same property. I specified the job details on Snupit as well as confirmed the job details telephonically. I was quoted R350 and told I will be helped on Saturday 8 August at 13:30. No one pitched. We rescheduled for Sunday 9 August at 08:00. This time the technician pitched. The job was completed quickly but I was then told it would cost me the original R350 + R150 removal fee and R15 per meter of cable. I have no problem paying for the cable but the extra R150? I phoned the owner and he simply said he did not understand me properly and I should pay the full price. Skyloaded does not honor their quotes. Use someone else. They bait you with a cheap price, do the jon and then charge more.
