My gas geyser stopped working. I got some guys to come look at it, and they told me their recommendation is to get a new geyser because the geyser had been fixed a couple of times before. They gave me their quote, and I searched for more quotes on Snupit to compare. Gerrie called and I explained to him what happened. He gave me a better quote and offered to come have a look because he was just down the road. He checked and found nothing amiss, refitted the batteries, and geyser worked. He was kind enough to recommend a change of batteries and said to call him if it still gives problems. No charge for that. He even told me about the different geyser brands and potential costs. Now I know what to expect when I really need to change the actual geyser. And at his response time and his professionalism, I will definitely call on Flow Bro's when in such need. Thank, Gerrie.
