Scope: Full lapa construction including 14 treated poles, reed ceiling, jungle-thatch roof, 3m brick braai with prep area, concrete floor, and fire protection coating. Client now have has weatherproof entertainment area ready for December.

1. Damage from storms, fire, floods, or “acts of God”
2. Normal wear & tear - thatch needs maintenance every 8-10 years
3.Damage from client modification after handover
4. Pool equipment/pumps- covered by supplier warrant only
