These guys are spectacular!!! After calling out numerous reputed waterproofing companies to rectify my roof leaks and having them fail everytime, i decided to try SMDA after searching on the internet for quality contractors. SMDA came out and repired my roof once and for all, a guarantee was provided an to date i have had no issues. Thank you for the excellent service and honesty, not many contractors are honest and out to help the client but with SMDA i felt important and my needs were attended to.

I would like to give a review on SMDA Maintenance. I had a leak in my roof and called out contractors repair the leak, as time would pass by it would leak again. I called SMDA after hearing about them from a friend, he really praised SMDA and said to me try them, after dealing with 3 contractors who wasted my time, i was honestly done trying but decided to suggest it to my husband to try them out who was also skeptical but said ok. I phoned SMDA and spoke to sumeshan, he was helpful and friendly and offered to have a look. He arrived at the agreed time, did what was required and showed me the problems. He explained to me what needs to be done to repair it properly. To my amazement he was cheaper than the 3 previous contractors who messed up. SMDA gave me a guarantee on the repair to roof and ceiling. I highly recommend SMDA to anyone who requires their service, im sure you wont regret it. Thank you to sumeshan, you are truly a star!!!
