Appetite’s style is on trend and innovative and we are inspired by tried and tested classics, as well as local and international food trends. We draw much inspiration from French-style cooking and, of course, from the modern gurus, like Yotam Ottolenghi, Jamie Oliver and Donna Hay.
We take pride in our commitment to “cooking from scratch” and in maximizing flavor by, for example, making all our own stocks, salad dressings and pastry. We cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients and herbs which we grow in our garden. Appetite’s team of professionally trained catering chefs and event coordinators take care of every aspect of your event.
