In summary, we are a Tier 1 Telecoms Provider who own the largest Wireless network in the country, with access to an excess of 60 000 hi-sites, extending nationwide! From a data perspective, we take bandwidth from all 5 undersea cables offering a full redundant data infrastructure, and are therefore not reliant on solely one cable for the delivery of our data services, allowing us to offer customizable data with uptime guarantees of 99.5% in a calendar month! We are active in all 9 Provinces across South Africa! We host our servers in the Teraco data centres in JHB, KZN and CT and we have Triangulated infrastructure between JHB, CPT & DBN, thus a full National redundant service.
We use Prime Grade high sites exclusively. This voids most of the normal Wireless headaches, namely, negligence by other vendors working on the high sites over congestion and interference from other providers causing interference. We make use of Licensed and Un-licensed Spectrum. However, most of our Wireless backhaul links consist of Spectrum Links. All towers have great security all round, generators as well as battery backups, which are just some of the main reasons why we GUARANTEE the 99.5% uptime.
From a voice perspective, we own our own interconnects, hosted PBX and Enterprise billing engine, and are therefore able to deliver CARRIER GRADE voice and data services across our network at highly competitive rates, without the reliance on any 3rd party. Due to the fact that we provide wireless last mile services to some of the biggest Telcos in South Africa, we have multiple routes of redundancy, subsequently offering you the best of all providers packaged into one!
