Absolutely useless. Was told that i am the second job for the day and they would be at my house at 1300. Did not pitch. I had to phone them to find out what the problem was at 1440. Was told that they were on the way. They phoned me at 1600 to reschedule for tomorrow morning as the traffic was hectic. Unacceptable.
