I was left with an electric fence that did not work. They also could not assemble a energiser that they disconnected saying its broken and give me a qoute of R2400 to buy a new one. I had energiser checked and nothing was wrong with it. I had, at additional expense, contracted another technician to fix the electric fence that was triggering the alarm and connect the energiser. Very bad service from this installer.

Would recommend these guys to anyone looking to upgrade there security systems.

What a refreshing experience. In Sentricor you have a service provider for whom service delivery and customer satisfaction are still everything. Upon arriving on-site there was a detailed inspection of the issue and only after this detailed inspection was a solution put forward (unlike other providers that just wanted to give a quote without performing the inspection). The work was performed with diligence and the installation was rather professional and neat. Sentricor also pointed out to me some flaws that a previous contracted did - most noticeably a portion of the electric fence on which there was no "power / electricity". Without being "pushy", suggestions on how to improve the installation was also made. I have no hesitation in promoting Sentricor as they will now be my service provider of choice for anything that relates to electric fencing.
