The team at EQuipped all share a common passion for children, especially when it comes to their social and emotional well-being and development. Through working with children in various contexts our team noticed that many children experience difficulties with regards to fitting into a group, expressing and recognising their own emotions and the emotions of others, and to have confidence in social settings. The adjustment and transition to a new school can also be difficult for children. Therefore we developed an 8 week program to assist children and parents through parental guidance and practical group sessions for children with such concerns. This website also have resources available where you can learn more about age appropriate social and emotional development of children in order to gain a better understanding of your child.
