L and S offers a 90 day warranty. Should a defect develop during the warranty period, it shall be made good by the contractor at no cost to the client. The client will give the contractor a written notice of (7) days, should the contractor fail to correct the defect within (7) days after receiving the notice, the client should correct the defect and issue the invoice to L and S. L and S agrees to cover the charges.
