Andre has 38 years of experience in the It Industry, 26 years of which in SAP.
He has extensive knowledge in authorisations from Architecture to troubleshooting and GRC – Both technical and functional and has presented training (Authorisations Academy, GRC Academy as well as Targeted) on behalf of SAP Africa numerous times. He is he has led and participated in various Authorisation projects from new implementations to full role redesign. He has also led or participated in +/- 10 GRC5.3 and more than 6 GRC 10/10.1 implementations and various upgrades from Blueprint to go-live., several including PC/RM as well. He has also been involved with the implementation of IDM as well as presenting training at SAP.
He also has deep knowledge in Basis Implementing and administering various SAP products and planning/executing Basis related activities. He is experienced with the delivery EHP upgrades, Support pack stack upgrades, System copies, System builds, configuration and monitoring of SAP systems across Windows/AIX/HPUX/Linux platforms operating on MS SQL, Oracle and DB2 databases. His issue resolution skills are based on a detailed understanding of product architecture and expertise in end to end root cause analysis and make him an excellent choice for key roles in Basis engagements. He has presented training (Basis Academy, Individual Basis Courses as well as Client Targeted courses) on behalf of SAP Africa numerous times.
He has a good background in ABAP (6 Years Senior ABAB Programmer) although he has not recently worked in programming and has also delivered a number of courses on behalf of SAP. This is very useful in troubleshooting situations.
