About Us
We are a gym situated in Roodepoort, Timbercity centre, shop 6. We cater for weight loss, fitness, body building, strength training, powerlifting training strongman training and boot camps "Strong&Fit". You can train on your own or get personal trained by our highly qualified personal trainers.
We also do team building events en demos with strongman equipment but everyone can enjoy it.
Joining fee is R 250 and personal training at R 125 per session depending if it is in peak time or not.
