Loius charged me 15 k for 2 days of work. He has also not finished his work and refuses to issue me with a COC for work that he has carried out. I am now forced to get a new plumber to complete work that he quoted on and was payed. Unprofessional and no attention to detail especially with the larger jobs, I would NOT recommend!!
