Kevin Woolward (53) joined a local subsidiary of an LSE (London Stock Exchange) listed multinational company upon completing his accounting articles in 1989. Kevin was initially employed as Accountant and during his twenty years with the company held the positions of Company Secretary, Financial Director, culimnating with him being appointed as Managing Director in 2003. Kevin held this position until 2009 when he decided to open his own business, KA Woolward & Associates.
Kevin has always had a very hands-on approach and has extensive knowledge and experience in all accounting fields, taxation, turnaround and business rescue strategies , assessing and implementing strategic systems, controls and procedures, foreign exchange, human resources and management skills.
Kevin is ably assisted by associates and consultants, who are specialists in their respective fields, as well as other contracted specialists and freelancers.
