Took my laptop for battery replacement and my laptop was brought with one key facing upside-down. I don't even have the energy to explain the whole story and now I'm told if I want then to change the whole keyboard u can bring it back to them they can to it for me but I don't know and who's expense.
Thank you to the ladles who were so kind at the reception and not forgetting Melissa Nel for keeping me updated on the progress. As for the technician who dealt with my laptop I'm not happy with him

Very professional staff that received me and kept me updated of my repair vie e-mails and I even received a call to inform me that my device was ready for collection. Repaired and cleaned. I can highly recommend Device Repair Centre.

I went to Device Repair Center to have my cell phone repaired, the service and staff was incredibly awesome.
I was always kept on the loop with the progress of my device, and the repair was completed on the promised time. Big ups guys!! keep up the great work!

I took my phone in to have the screen replaced. I arranged with the team ahead of time to wait for my phone since I really need my phone to do my daily work. They were very accommodating and we arranged a date and time that worked for me.
On the day, I was there at 08:00 and they promptly helped me, a couple of hours later I walked out with a beautifully repaired phone.
The service I received from everyone of the staff was exemplary, even staff that had nothing to with my cause were very friendly.
I will definitely use them again in future!

Device Repair Centre is the upmost best device repair centre. They keep you updated during the repair process, and notify you once it is ready for collection. They are authorised, use genuine parts and gives excellent service. Highly recommended to everyone that wants to repair their cellphone, tablet, laptop or watch.
