Leon Ueckermann started his studies in Psychology in 2002 at the Randse Afrikaanse University (RAU) in Johannesburg where he obtained his Baccalaureus Artium (BA) Psychology degree in 2004. Thereafter he completed his Honors Degree in Psychology in 2006 at the University of Johannesburg (Previously known as RAU). In 2008 Leon completed the Extracurricular Program of Equivalence for the BA (HONS)(PSYCH) degree with the field of study for Practical Psychometry after which he stayed on for the rest of the year at his internship company. During this time he performed various assessments at mines and companies throughout South Africa and Africa. Some of the African countries that he visited for work included Mozambique, Sudan and Uganda.
