Bojanala Office National looks back to humble beginnings in the stationary industry as Dianne’s Stationers opened its doors in 1994 with Dianne de Beer as principle member. Dianne had extensive experience in the stationary industry which was not limited to the South African boarder but went as far as Bophuthatswana. With five shops under her management Dianne learned the importance of immaculate customer service in the industry.

The business earned its reputation for reliability, dedication and efficiency. Driven by our customer’s need for an efficient service, we have shown steady growth and subsequently, Dianne’s Stationers joined the Office National group in 2005, thus enabling us to offer an even better service and product range to our valued clients. Office National is an international group with operations as far as Australia and New Zealand. Our service, backed up by committed staff has assisted in making us one of the leading stationary and office furniture suppliers in Rustenburg and surrounding areas and we are proud to now be associated with the Office National brand.

During the 2009 financial year, Bojanala Office National has developed not only the Office National Brand in our area, but that of our suppliers and that of our own. We were able to increase our customer base significantly by thoroughly conceptualising, designing and executing our 2009 / 2010 marketing and brand awareness strategy. This strategy, along with our Value Adding Policy, as part of our 2009 business plan, enabled us to produce a growth of 38% in FY09.

With our corporate client base in the mining industry well established, we have shifted the focus of our marketing and growth strategy to include Property Developers, Schools, SMME’s, Local Government and the general public as a whole. With a customer base of more than 200 reliable and loyal customers which include Glencore, Anglo American, Impala, Rustenburg Local Municipality, Bojanala District Municipality, the South African Police Force and Rustenburg Correctional Services Bojanala Office National is looking forward to a bright future with goals of improving from a level 4 to a level 2 BEE status.
