Describe a recent project that you have completed.STC Motion recently completed a structural assessment of an existing commercial building in Rustenburg. The scope included inspection of foundations, reinforced concrete slabs, load-bearing masonry, and roof structures. Findings were assessed against SANS 10160, SANS 10100, and SANS 10400. A formal engineering report with risk classification, photographic evidence, and remedial recommendations was issued to ensure safety and compliance.
